Job Responsibility:
Handle parcel and mail deliveries and pickups
Sort all incoming and outgoing mail, obtaining signatures for courier items as required
Process returned mail and review its contents to determine the correct delivery destination
Fold and manually insert materials for outgoing distribution tasks
Separate, staple, and organize advisor correspondence
Requirements:
Capable of managing many tasks at once, even with regular interruptions
Detail-oriented, with strong information recall
Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Able to walk long distances while pushing a mail cart
Able to lift up to 40 lbs
Strong and effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
