In this role you will work full time hours on 1 month assignment.
Job Responsibility:
Supporting mail, courier management, and assisting with print services for the Calgary office
Handling payment processing and reconciliation for these services
Managing and procuring inventory for mail, print, and copy stations
Consistently delivering an elevated, differentiated customer service experience
Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
From time to time, provide support to facilities, assist with Health and Safety duties, or offer other backup as needed
Requirements:
Experience in mailroom, distribution, or similar business operations or administrative support
2–3 years of work experience in customer service, hospitality, or a facilities environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and a task-oriented mindset, with strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach
A professional demeanor
Flexibility with work hours to support the needs of the business (core hours of the role are 8:00am - 4:30pm)
