We are currently seeking a Magento Support Engineer (remote) to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). We are currently seeking a Magento Support Engineer to join our team in Toronto, ON (remote). In this Support Engineer role, provide application support for Adobe Commerce (Magento). Responsibilities include incident management, bug resolution, performance tuning, environment monitoring, and support for integrations across global eCommerce operations.

  • Troubleshoot Magento storefront, Admin, API, checkout, and order flow issues
  • Resolve module conflicts, theme rendering issues, indexing failures, and caching problems
  • Manage incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and apply patches or configuration fixes
  • Support Elasticsearch, Redis/Varnish caching, CDN configurations, and DB performance
  • Monitor logs, queues, cron jobs, and overall system health
  • Troubleshoot integrations with ERP (SAP/Oracle), PIM, OMS, payment gateways, shipping, and tax services
  • Validate API calls (REST/GraphQL), data transformations, and sync failures
  • Support Adobe Commerce Cloud (PaaS), AWS, Azure, or GCP deployments
  • Assist with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes-based deployments, and rollback management
  • Work with product managers, QA, infra teams, and developers
  • Produce RCA reports, deployment documentation, and knowledge base articles

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Magento/Adobe Commerce support or development experience
  • 5+ years of strong PHP, Magento 2 architecture knowledge, and API debugging skills
  • 5+ years of experience with PWA Studio, GraphQL, caching layers, search configurations, and multi-site setups
