Join our client's prestigious team as a Made to Measure Specialist and become a vital ambassador for tailoring excellence. Based in the heart of the West End, you will lead clients on an exciting journey of bespoke tailoring, from the first consultation to the final fitting.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide luxury consultative Made to Measure experience
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Meet and exceed individual and store MTM sales targets
  • Conduct precise measurements and fittings
  • Guide clients through seasonal fabric offerings and style options
  • Coordinate MTM order entry with tailoring partners
  • Assist with trunk shows and client events
  • Maintain MTM tools and fitting areas
  • Work closely with team to enhance store performance
  • Provide feedback on trends and client preferences
  • Support training for new staff on MTM services
