Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead CIB Business Manager (Executive Director level) within the COO team supporting Macro (Rates, FX, Repo, and Structured Notes).
Job Responsibility:
Partner with the Macro Sales leaders to support their strategic priorities
Engage and influence business management for a large, complex business with cross-organization level initiatives and strategy
Identify and recommend opportunities for large-scale business initiatives, including but not limited to development and execution of strategy, budgeting and forecasting, infrastructure planning, and broad compliance and operational risk efforts
Determine appropriate strategy and actions to ensure the businesses remain compliant with regulatory and internal standards
Ensure appropriate remediation of critical issues
Partner with internal stakeholders on risk reviews and audits
Collaborate with and influence decisions to establish business and client priorities
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Requirements:
7+ years of corporate & investment banking business management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Nice to have:
10+ years interest rate, foreign exchange experience or other equivalent capital markets experience
Prior business management experience with Corporate or Institutional Sales teams
Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Experience working with third party data from vendors like Coalition, Expand etc.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proven ability to create effective relationships with internal partners across various lines of business
High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel with comfort creating business-ready content
Self-motivated to perform at a high level
Desire to work in collaborative environment
A strong work ethic and positive attitude
A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, finance, or related field
