Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Consultant with solid expertise in Maconomy Financials and knowledge of related ERP and financial management systems. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure, implement, and optimize financial solutions, and provide ongoing support across various Maconomy Financials modules. You will also assist in integrating Maconomy Financials with other enterprise solutions like SAP Business Objects, Deltek Cloud, Co-Star, CoProcess, E-Flow, Fides-Treasury, GetPaid, Kyriba, TIS-CashOptix, and Navision, to help clients streamline their financial processes and achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Functional expertise in Maconomy Financials, specifically in modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, HR, Sales Orders, Timesheets, Expenses, Contract Management, Subscriptions, Reporting, and Banking
  • Basic understanding of integrating Maconomy Financials with other ERP and financial systems, such as SAP Business Objects, Deltek Cloud, Co-Star, CoProcess, E-Flow, Fides-Treasury, GetPaid, Kyriba, TIS-CashOptix, and Navision
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and data management in ERP systems
  • Ability to configure and customize Maconomy Financials based on client needs
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and supporting financial system deployments
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP Business Objects to design and implement financial reports and dashboards
  • 5+ years of experience in functional consulting, ERP implementations, or financial system support, with a focus on Maconomy Financials

Nice to have

  • Prior experience working with financial management solutions and related modules is preferred
  • Experience working with clients across various industries and helping them optimize financial processes is a plus
