Job Description:

The AF Group is looking for a proactive, knowledgeable Machinery & General Inputs Specialist to support our Members and help deliver best‑value procurement across a diverse product portfolio. If you’re passionate about agricultural machinery, thrive in a fast‑paced environment and love building strong relationships, this role puts you right at the heart of Member service. Working closely with the Machinery & General Inputs Procurement Manager, you’ll be the go‑to source of insight, advice and support — helping Members make informed decisions, strengthening supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth and improved service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Members with machinery and general inputs enquiries
  • Providing specialist advice, market insight and product knowledge to internal teams
  • Supporting supplier relationship management and performance reporting
  • Monitoring markets, identifying procurement opportunities and sharing timely updates
  • Contributing to Member communications (alerts, newsletters, updates)
  • Building strong, consistent relationships with Members and suppliers
  • Supporting peak demand periods and helping develop wider team capability
  • Driving growth opportunities and delivering exceptional Member service
