Job Description:

This position will be a hybrid of Machine Stock and Full Case Picker. The Machine Stocker will handle stocking and letdowns of merchandise, manage pallets, and organize warehouse areas. The Full Case Picker ensures the timely and accurate picking of store orders within the Full Case department. Additional responsibilities include task reassignment, consolidation, and pallet sorting as directed by supervisors.

Job Responsibility:

Maintains equipment/warehouse operations under general supervision and communicates deviations from expected outcomes
collects feedback from employees to ensure the technical support function is responsive to business needs
documents warehouse maintenance activities for inventory replenishment
defines operational strategy and instructs equipment operators
organizes warehouse facilities and handles power equipment for loading, unloading, and stacking
communicates with operators, contractors, and inspectors on operational challenges
monitors operator associates, delegates tasks, and adjusts schedules
performs preventative maintenance on hydraulic components and equipment
determines maintenance scope for heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year prior relevant work experience
basic awareness of problem-solving and decision-making skills
