Job Description

Our MinRes Mining Team are currently seeking an experienced Machine specialist to join our roaming team. In this role the main focus will be Loader proficiency training. You will be required to work an ongoing 8:6 FIFO roster, and it be in a roaming capacity, so no set project. You will be responsible for providing specialised Machine Training support to your Mining Teams. This is a specialised role and not just your normal Trainer and Assessor position, where you will partner with the site leaders and have full support of our leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Resources sector. Preferably mining
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
  • Strong background in Production Loader operations up to 200+ ton Wheel Loaders
  • Valid C Class Driver's License
  • Experience in a Trainer/Assessor Role
  • Experience in using training tools such as Training Need Analysis
  • Experience with Training Management Systems
  • Experience with the development of training packages
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Outlook
