Job Description

Join Safetykleen’s Elmswell team in a varied, hands-on role where you’ll spend your day on the road visiting a wide range of customers. Backed by a supportive local team, you’ll service and clean our machines, carry out minor on-site repairs (training provided), and safely collect chemical waste - delivering a professional, friendly service that keeps customers productive and helps make our planet Safer & Kleener. No previous experience? No problem. You’ll get full training from day one and ongoing development throughout your career with us - plus opportunities to work towards industry qualifications (e.g., ADR) as you progress. Job Responsibility

  • Visit scheduled customer sites across your local patch
  • Service, clean and quality-check our machines to keep them running smoothly
  • Carry out minor repairs with the support and training we provide
  • Safely collect and handle chemical waste, following our safety processes
  • Complete simple digital paperwork on a handheld device and keep the CRM up to date
  • Be the friendly face of Safetykleen - professional, reliable and customer-focused

Requirements

  • Full Drivers Licence
  • 7.5 Tonne Licence Required

  • Clear communication and confidence using a handheld device (we’ll show you the ropes)

  • You’ll engage directly with customers on site, building trust, following procedures, and making sure every visit is completed to a high standard
  • You’ll carry out repairs and part replacements, with full training and ongoing development provided to build your technical skills and confidence
  • You’ll use digital tools to accurately record your work, capturing key service information, and any important findings from each visit
  • And you’ll constantly be scanning for improvements-whether that’s a service opportunity, a risk, or a smarter way of doing things
