Job Responsibility

Visit scheduled customer sites across your local patch
Service, clean and quality-check our machines to keep them running smoothly
Carry out minor repairs with the support and training we provide
Safely collect and handle chemical waste, following our safety processes
Complete simple digital paperwork on a handheld device and keep the CRM up to date
Be the friendly face of Safetykleen - professional, reliable and customer-focused

Job Responsibility

Service and maintain parts washers, making sure equipment is cleaned, checked, and running safely and efficiently
Handle waste collection and product delivery, safely managing and transporting materials
Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance, spotting issues early and preventing breakdowns before they happen
Engage directly with customers on site, building trust, following procedures, and making sure every visit is completed to a high standard
Carry out repairs and part replacements, with full training and ongoing development provided
Use digital tools to accurately record work, capturing key service information and important findings from each visit
Constantly scan for improvements - whether that's a service opportunity, a risk, or a smarter way of doing things
