NCSIMUL is Mandatory and Vericut is optional. Good Awareness Aluminium/Hard metal behavior & properties Knowledge. Knowledge of CNC Machines: Understand the types of CNC machines. Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications to understand part requirements and dimensions. Tooling Selection: Select the right cutting tools, drills, end mills, and other tooling based on the material and machining requirements. Time Management: Efficiently plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize machine utilization. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to verify that machined parts meet design specifications and quality standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of programs, tooling setups, and machining parameters for future reference and quality assurance. Create and simulate the NC Program Documentation MOI (Manufacturing and PVF). Test the NC Program & Qualify the NC Program via part qualification. Perform a final review of the program in term of the requirements of the NCP specification.
