Machine/Production Operator

• Operate the Casemakers to produce Amazon-style boxes at high volume, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Maintain a strong focus on health and safety protocols, prioritising yourself and your colleagues' wellbeing
• Address and report any unsafe practices or incidents to management immediately
• Collaborate with team members to foster a productive and positive working environment
• Monitor machine performance and carry out basic maintenance to ensure optimal operating conditions

• Experience in a production or machine operating environment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality control
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a positive team player
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Adaptable and open to working on various tasks and challenges

Familiarity with automated machinery, particularly the Lmc 1230 casemaker machine
