Job Responsibility

  • Ensure the smooth operation of assembly machinery and make minor equipment adjustments to guarantee the production of quality parts
  • Perform scale calibration adjustments on packing tables to ensure precise product quantities in containers
  • detect any scale malfunctions and apply quick corrective actions
  • Safely operate small hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment
  • Strictly follow quality control protocols and actively participate in required line audits
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, and participate in related safety activities
  • Support the team during workstation rotations and perform other related manufacturing tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent manual dexterity, fast-paced execution, and comfort using small hand tools and light equipment
  • Flexibility: Great team spirit and an openness to task rotation
  • Technical Reading: Ability to follow clear work instructions, interpret work orders, and read parts lists
  • Physical Requirements: Good general physical fitness, ability to work standing or sitting throughout the shift, and occasionally lift loads up to 25 lbs

  • Proven experience operating CNC punch press machinery, with the ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and fabrication specifications
