Job Description:

For a growing production company, we are recruiting a machine operator to join a motivated and close-knit team. The operator will be responsible for running various packaging lines, setting up machines, conducting quality checks, and handling computer-based administration. The role begins with training in a 2-shift system (5:00–13:00 / 13:00–21:00) and transitions into a fixed night shift (Monday–Friday: 21:00–5:00). The offered salary is €15.08 per hour, with a 7% shift premium during training and a 30% night shift premium once working in the night shift.

Job Responsibility:

Operate and adjust packaging machines
Perform regular quality control checks
Complete necessary administrative tasks on the computer
Work in close collaboration with colleagues
Ensure a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge
Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Good command of Dutch or English (spoken and written)
Strong focus on quality and safety
Team player with good communication skills

What we offer:

7% shift premium during training
30% night shift premium once working in the night shift
