Job Responsibility:

  • Control, monitor, and optimize the production process in collaboration with team leaders in a food production environment
  • Execute daily schedules and respond to production needs, including line adjustments, product changes, and cleaning tasks
  • Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring thorough cleaning of equipment and providing additional instructions to cleaning staff as necessary
  • Record production data and material usage in the ERP system
  • Adjust process parameters within established ranges to maintain quality standards

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and team-oriented with practical problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in addressing issues and suggesting improvements for the production line
  • Open to variation, challenges, and motivated to learn
  • Interest in technology and the food industry, especially potato processing
  • Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new software
  • Ability to work in a two-shift system (05h-13h or 13h-21h)
  • Self-arranged transportation to Wielsbeke
