Job Description:

Performs routine production functions, including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products under general supervision. Maintains accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards. Works effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000
  • Support team goals and objectives while working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Make effective decisions related to position requirements, following instructions and standard operating procedures
  • Work under direct supervision and within established routine and standard practices

Requirements:

  • One to two years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
  • Effective communication skills for clear interaction with co-workers and supervisors
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
  • Proficiency in performing basic math calculations
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and punctually
  • Strong interpersonal skills to get along with others and thrive in a team environment
  • Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge and skills applicable to routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
