Job Responsibility:

  • Quickly identifying and resolving any technical or operational issues that arise
  • maintaining a smooth workflow to minimise downtime and keep production on track
  • collaborating closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets
  • monitoring and ensuring all palletising robots are operating at peak efficiency

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • a basic technical or mechanical understanding (preferred but not essential)
  • reliability and a willingness to work flexible shifts
