Ben jij de "missing link" in onze productieketen? Voor een topbedrijf in de Brugse voedingssector (specialisatie: visproducten) zoeken we een Operator in twee ploegen die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je begint als een vis in het water bij het inpakteam (6-12 maanden) om alle kneepjes van het vak te leren, waarna je promoveert tot de kapitein van je eigen machinepark.

Job Responsibility:

  • You start, stop and monitor the machines
  • You carry out strict inspections
  • You ensure the line never runs out by replenishing stock in time
  • You solve minor machine malfunctions yourself with your technical insight
  • You strictly follow safety and clothing regulations
  • Together with your colleagues you ensure a smooth atmosphere
  • You solve minor technical malfunctions independently and smoothly
  • You strictly and consistently adhere to hygiene and safety standards
  • You support logistics by replenishing the line stock in time
  • You work efficiently with colleagues to achieve production goals

Requirements:

  • You work in two shifts (05:00 - 13:00 or 12:55 - 21:15)
  • You already have some production experience or you are a school leaver with a technical education ready to start
  • You not only operate buttons, but also enjoy physical work on the floor
  • You speak fluent Dutch or English
  • You have no problem learning the basics first as a packer before taming the machines
  • You have a sharp eye for safety and hygiene
