Job Description:

This is a temp-to-perm role where the candidate will perform routine production functions such as filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision. The position requires maintaining accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards. The role involves working effectively in a team, following standard operating procedures, and making routine decisions as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine production tasks including filling, utility operations, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
  • Work effectively in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives
  • Follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices
  • Make decisions as required by the position
  • Work under direct supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
  • Ability to develop skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures
  • Effective communication skills that can be understood by co-workers and Team Leads/Supervisors
  • Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Commitment to transitioning from a temporary to a permanent role
