Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Machine Operator! You will play a key role in our production process by operating either mailing equipment or bindery machinery, depending on daily needs. Schedule: Monday through Friday. Hours vary: 7a–4p OR 9a–6p.

Job Responsibility:

  • Operate either mailing equipment or bindery machinery, depending on daily needs
  • In mailing role: run mailing machine, ensure postcards/mailings are processed accurately and kept in proper zip code order, deliver to Post Office on time, handle mailing paperwork and order materials
  • In bindery role: operate folder, inserter, or other bindery equipment, organize and maintain postcard inventory in shelving units, support overall production flow
  • Collaborate with teammates and assist other operators as needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and remain on your feet for most of the workday
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of quality control
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn and safely operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
  • High level of responsibility, reliability, and work ethic
  • Desire to grow with the company and be part of a collaborative team
