Job Responsibility

  • Operational Excellence: Lead equipment setups and changeovers to ensure maximum throughput on high-volume production lines
  • Precision Monitoring: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure every product meets "zero-defect" specifications
  • Proactive Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical bottlenecks quickly to minimize production downtime
  • Accuracy: Maintain clear, precise production logs, run-times, and output metrics
  • Safety First: Maintain a pristine workspace and champion a culture of safety and compliance

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A solid history working in fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating digital control panels, using hand tools, and performing mechanical adjustments
