Machine operator

• Perform routine production tasks such as filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting
• Maintain accurate records and logs following FDA, GMPs, and ISO9000 standards
• Work effectively in a team to support team goals and objectives
• Make effective decisions related to position requirements
• Follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required
• Work under direct supervision, adhering to standard operating procedures

• 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method
• Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps
• Effective communication skills at a level coworkers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English
• Perform basic math calculations
• Flexibility to work extended hours and maintain regular, punctual attendance
• Ability to work well with others and function effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
• High school diploma or equivalent is not required for entry-level positions
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours
• Ability to pass a physical examination for forklift operations and respirator fit test (if applicable)

Prefer 6 months to 1 year of work experience
