Asphalt Crew Roles | Brendale & Swanbank | $39–$44/hr + OT. Join a leading asphalt team with an immediate start! We are currently seeking reliable and hard-working individuals for multiple positions across our Metro, Prep, and Cartage crews. Roles are primarily based in Brendale, with additional opportunities in Swanbank. We offer a high-energy environment with ASAP starts, plenty of overtime, and genuine growth opportunities for those who show initiative.

Job Responsibility:

  • Skid Steer Operator: Responsible for precision site preparation, sweeping, and material handling
  • Labourer / Roller Operator: Assisting with asphalt laying, raking, and shoveling
  • QA / Spotter: A critical safety and quality role
  • Junior Labourer (Under 20): Entry-level position
  • Prep Crew: Skid Steer Operator focused on stripping old surfaces
  • HR Driver / Labourer: Operating Heavy Rigid vehicles
  • Lab Tech / Field Tester: Conducting field density testing
  • Cartage: 8-Wheel & 6-Wheel Walking Floor Drivers

Requirements:

  • Must have a Current Driver's License and Reliable Transport
  • Successful candidates must pass a Physical Functional Assessment and Drug & Alcohol (D&A) screening
  • White Card is essential
  • Relevant RII tickets for machine operators and HR licenses for truck roles are required
  • You must be a 'show up every day' type of person
  • Asphalt Experience is a MUST
