Job Responsibility:

  • Precision Setup: Preparing and adjusting machinery for high-efficiency production runs
  • Flow Management: Loading raw materials and managing the output of finished goods
  • Quality Control: Monitoring parts to ensure they meet exact client specifications
  • Smart Maintenance: Identifying equipment issues early and performing basic preventative care
  • Record Keeping: Tracking production metrics, scrap rates, and downtime

Requirements:

  • A Solid Work Ethic: A history of reliability and excellent attendance
  • Physical Readiness: Comfort standing for long shifts (8–12 hours) and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs
  • Technical Interest: Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow digital instructions
  • Safety Consciousness: Commitment to wearing PPE (Steel-toed boots required) and following all site protocols
  • Experience: Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a strong asset, but we are willing to train the right candidates
