Job Responsibility:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow detailed work orders, production instructions, and strict safety protocols
  • Conduct regular machine adjustments and inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks
  • Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area
  • Work closely with supervisors and production leads to hit daily output targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation or a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • A strong natural ability to understand machinery
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • A disciplined approach to following safety protocols and production guidelines without compromise
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
