Machine Operator

• Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation
• Loading raw materials into the machine and unloading finished parts
• Conducting regular visual inspections of parts to identify any defects
• Monitoring machine gauges, dials, and other indicators
• Notifying supervisors or maintenance technicians immediately in the event of a machine error
• Accurately completing all necessary production paperwork, logs, and quality control documentation
• Safely moving materials and finished products using carts and other equipment
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S housekeeping standards
• Packaging finished products into boxes according to specifications
• Assisting in other production areas and performing various functions as required
• Adhering to all company health and safety protocols

• Mandatory CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots are required at all times on the production floor
• Ability to lift between 30-50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can be warm to hot
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively in a team-based environment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labour role is a strong asset but not required
