Job Responsibility:
Operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure continuous and efficient operation
Loading raw materials into the machine and unloading finished parts
Conducting regular visual inspections of parts to identify any defects
Monitoring machine gauges, dials, and other indicators
Notifying supervisors or maintenance technicians immediately in the event of a machine error
Accurately completing all necessary production paperwork, logs, and quality control documentation
Safely moving materials and finished products using carts and other equipment
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area by adhering to 5S housekeeping standards
Packaging finished products into boxes according to specifications
Assisting in other production areas and performing various functions as required
Adhering to all company health and safety protocols
Requirements:
Mandatory CSA-approved steel-toed safety boots are required at all times on the production floor
Ability to lift between 30-50 lbs occasionally
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that can be warm to hot
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cooperatively in a team-based environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or general labour role is a strong asset but not required
