Working as a dedicated Line Operator, you ensure smooth operations, prioritize safety, and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented workplace.
Job Responsibility
Independently setting up, adjusting, and converting advanced production machinery.
Monitoring the continuous manufacturing process and conducting strict quality controls on finished products.
Ensuring a timely supply of raw materials to keep the automated lines running without interruption.
Identifying, analyzing, and proactively resolving mechanical or technical malfunctions.
Adhering strictly to safety, health, and environmental regulations on the shop floor.
Requirements
Experience: You have a solid, proven track record working as a Process Operator, machine setter, or technical factory worker in an industrial environment.
Skills: You possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to fix minor technical glitches. Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude are essential.
Specific Requirements: You are flexibel to transition from dayshifts to a 2-shift regime. You are tech-savvy and comfortable operating computerized systems and machinery.
