Fort Smith team works 24/7 creating wet formed fiberglass mat that is used in further manufacturing processes, such as shingles. Team members perform any duty within level on a rotation basis; including general production support duties as directed by supervisor. Support production by doffing, inspects, weighs, labels, and packs Mat production. Provide material handling to support production line. Salvages products from out of spec materials and ensures external quality of products salvaged. Performs general housekeeping and participates in downtime cleaning activities. Bumps up and cross trains in higher levels as required.

Ability to work extended hours as necessary
Ability to work rotational 12 hour schedule
Every 28 Days rotate between days/nights
Able to Operate Computers & Computerized equipment for quality, safety and compliance testing and training

Able to give and understand instructions and hold conversations in manufacturing environment, as well as an office or classroom setting
Possess manual dexterity necessary to operate equipment, operate a computer and other standard office equipment
