Job Responsibility:

Setting up, operating, and monitoring various production machinery according to work orders and specifications
Performing routine quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet stringent standards
Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and performing basic preventative maintenance
Adhering strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures
Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation of run cycles and output

Requirements:

Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment
A strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measuring tools
The ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and occasional lifting
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality control
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
