Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals with machine operating experience to join our manufacturing team in Edmonton. This is a long-term, stable role with a Monday to Friday morning schedule and great opportunities for overtime and career growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Run Production Lines: Work alongside veteran operators to keep our high-capacity production lines running smoothly.
  • Set Up & Inspect: Perform machine setups and check products carefully to make sure there are zero defects.
  • Learn the Trade: Receive hands-on training and mentorship to upgrade your skills into advanced machine operation.
  • Keep it Clean: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace.
  • Following the required company SOP’s, Procedures and Health & Safety Standards in order to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
  • Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
  • Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
  • Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
  • Palletize all products as needed
  • Ensuring PPE is worn always necessary

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience operating machinery in a fast-moving warehouse or shop environment
  • You must drive your own vehicle to get to the facility.
  • Highly motivated to learn a specialized trade and grow with the company.
  • You are an early riser who is dependable, punctual, and ready to start immediately.
  • 6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be physically fit and able to lift 50lbs

  • 7 AM to 7 PM, 7PM to 7AM rotational
  • Pay: $19.43hr
  • -Weekly pay via direct deposit
