Randstad is seeking dedicated individuals to fill immediate openings for the position of Machine Operator · Visual Inspector in Guelph, Ontario. In this temporary contract role, you will play a vital part in the daily operations of a premier production facility. We are currently recruiting for three distinct openings across all shifts: one dedicated individual for the day shift, one for the afternoon shift, and one for the night shift. This short-term contract spans approximately 3 to 4 weeks and offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience, refine your technical skills, and work within a fast-paced, modern manufacturing environment. Best of all, the facility is highly accessible and conveniently located directly on a primary Guelph transit bus route, making your daily commute smooth and stress-free. In this role, you will specialize in the Randstad Operational sector, which focuses deeply on engineering, skilled trades, and manufacturing & logistics operations. Throughout your 8-hour shift, you will operate machinery and perform critical quality checks. This Machine Operator · Visual Inspector position is an ideal fit for anyone passionate about precision, manufacturing & logistics workflows, and quality assurance.
