Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year manufacturing operator experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities, utilizing basic math skills and auditing paperwork
Ability to effectively adapt to change
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Ability to stand for long periods of time
to work in confined areas, to lift up to 50 lbs. or more
Must be able to work overtime and week-ends as necessary.

Job Responsibility

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) at all times
Perform line set up, start up, operations, closing and changeover of equipment
Ensure product quality are met throughout process
Performs checks and inspections to verify quality
Performs adjustments as necessary
Performs machine setups in accordance to applicable procedures and setup sheets
Accurately completes and maintains all production records
Responsible for reporting problems to department lead
Adequate housekeeping at all times during shift, creating an organized layout for all personnel
Review and assure appropriate adherence with quality, safety policies and procedures

Initiate batch paperwork, perform production inspections every two hours, and document results while monitoring multiple molding machines
Generate batch labels using the MMS system and initial all labels used to pack parts
Record hourly production
Input visual results for ISCAPS into the Infinity QS system
Load the conveyor with trays when operating the insert-molded machine
Sort trays for packing
Weigh count production, pack parts, and accurately label the production
Report and call out abnormalities and corrective action to shift leader/supervision
Responsible for accurate documentation per Good Manufacturing Practices on production and quality records, cleaning forms, batch folder, etc.
Participate in and complete all required training
