Job Responsibility:
Wire Machine Operation (Artos): Set up, operate, and monitor automated machines for wire cutting and terminal crimping
Identify non-conformities and apply immediate corrective actions
Industrial Painting: Prepare the booth and spray gun according to procedures and client requirements
Prepare part surfaces and apply paint according to established standards
Adjust, clean, and maintain painting equipment and the workspace
Assembly: Interpret assembly drawings and electrical schematics
Perform required wiring, soldering, and component placement
Detect non-conformities regarding polarity, orientation, and soldering quality
Conduct functional tests on mini-inverters
Requirements:
High School Diploma (DES)
Vocational certificate (AEP) in industrial painting or electronics (strong assets)
1 to 2 years in spray painting (asset)
1 to 4 years in circuit board soldering, electricity, or wiring
Ability to read technical drawings, part lists, and work orders
Basic computer skills (knowledge of the AS/400 system is a plus)
Good manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
Autonomous, resourceful, and a strong team player
Nice to have:
Vocational certificate (AEP) in industrial painting or electronics
1 to 2 years in spray painting
Knowledge of the AS/400 system
What we offer:
Competitive Salary: Between $20/hr and $23/hr based on experience
Schedule: Finish at 2:15 PM on Fridays
