Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator 1 to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment safely, performing quality inspections, completing production activities, and ensuring products meet established quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform visual inspections and quality checks on products
  • Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting and assist with changeovers
  • Complete line clearance, cleaning, and sanitization activities
  • Achieve production and quality targets on assigned equipment
  • Maintain continuous operation of equipment during production shifts
  • Perform rework activities when required
  • Process SAP and MES transactions accurately
  • Use measuring instruments such as microscopes, calipers, and gauges when needed
  • Maintain compliance with quality, GMP, and safety standards
  • Support cross-training activities and assist in other departmental tasks as required
  • Identify and communicate equipment issues, quality concerns, or process abnormalities
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals

Requirements

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience operating machinery in a production environment is an advantage
  • Experience using SAP or MES systems preferred
  • Familiarity with precision measuring instruments is beneficial
  • Experience with basic hand tools and mechanical assembly is a plus
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime, including weekends when required
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
