Machine Operator – Injection Molding

• Operate and monitor production machinery used to manufacture spools for wiring and cables
• Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and defects using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets
• Use hand tools and basic fabrication equipment as needed for minor adjustments

• Experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
