Machine Op III - Cook

• Prepare, cook, and process food items according to recipes, production schedules, and company standards
• Operate, clean, and maintain food production machinery and equipment safely
• Follow all food safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation procedures
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients as required
• Monitor cooking processes and adjust temperatures, times, or machine settings as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience operating food production equipment (mixers, ovens, kettles, etc.) preferred but not required—training provided
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed
