Machine Learning Module Lead position at Sopra Steria, a major Tech player in Europe with 50,000 employees. The role requires 4-6 years of experience in applied Machine Learning with deployment of models into production.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in applied Machine Learning, including deployment of models into production
  • Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised algorithms such as Regression, ARIMA, k-NN, k-Means Clustering, and NLP techniques
  • Proficiency in Python, with expertise in libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API, and BART
  • Solid knowledge of data preprocessing, statistical modeling, and visualization using Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib
  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and implementation using OpenAI or similar LLM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a detail-oriented and structured approach
  • Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years
  • A Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS) — S3, EC2, SageMaker, Lambda

  • Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment workflows
