Machine Learning Engineering Manager - Asset Intelligence

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to manage a cross-functional team of Applied Machine Learning Developers, Data Scientists, and Software Developers responsible for end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML products—including but not limited to predictive & prescriptive maintenance models, intelligent work recommendations, LLM-driven procedures, and real-time anomaly detection. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Fullstack Product Engineering and Applied AI, and who can scale a team to deliver across both. You’ll help set the technical vision for AI/ML at MaintainX, partnering closely with Product, Data Engineering, and cross-functional product teams to operationalize intelligence at scale.
