Machine Learning Engineer

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).- Strong knowledge of machine learning model development, evaluation, and deployment.- Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and feature engineering to optimize model performance.- Experience in integrating machine learning models into software applications and systems.- Ability to work with large datasets and apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights.
