You will unleash your potential by designing systems that improve customer retention for SketchUp, turning complex datasets into actionable strategies that move the world forward.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and deploy sophisticated ML models, such as XGBoost and logistic regression, to proactively identify and mitigate churn risk
  • Translate complex model outputs into business-friendly insights that drive targeted go-to-market retention strategies
  • Engineer impactful features from raw customer data to develop advanced metrics for tracking global engagement and activity
  • Architect automated processes and algorithms to cleanse and integrate massive datasets for high-level customer segmentation and model training
  • Optimize churn prediction performance using advanced metrics like AUC and lift to ensure maximum business impact

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of expertise in data science or engineering, specifically building and deploying predictive machine learning models
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and algorithm development
  • Strong grasp of data engineering concepts including data lakes, ETL tools, and columnar formats
  • Experience in statistical modeling for churn analysis, customer segmentation, and cohort analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or Engineering (Master's or Ph.D. preferred)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with demographic and firmographic data integration
  • Familiarity with BI tools and cloud-based data environments
