Job Description:

A leading company in the metal industry is looking for a Machine Construction Mechanic to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, optimization, and maintenance of mechanical systems within the machine park. Your main tasks will include assembling components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, and seals, as well as installing pneumatic and hydraulic circuits based on technical drawings. Welding tasks (both semi-automatic and electric arc welding) are also part of the job. Experience with turning and milling is a plus.

Job Responsibility:

Install and optimize mechanical systems in the machine park
Assemble mechanical components such as shafts, bearings, couplings, and seals
Install pneumatic and hydraulic circuits according to technical drawings
Perform welding tasks (semi-automatic welding and electric arc welding)
Optional: Operate turning and milling machines

Requirements:

Diploma in (electro-)mechanics or maintenance mechanics
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers)
Motivated attitude with a strong willingness to learn
Ability to work independently, safely, and accurately
A team-oriented mindset
Willingness to work in a two-shift system

Nice to have:
