We are looking for a detail-oriented Machine Computer Operator to join our production team. This contract opportunity focuses on operating automated filling equipment to support efficient, accurate bottling while maintaining product quality and workplace safety. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, monitoring machine performance, and helping reduce waste and downtime through consistent line support.
Job Responsibility
Run automated filling machinery and oversee daily operation to maintain accurate product output and steady production flow
Prepare equipment for production by configuring settings and making adjustments that align with batch and packaging requirements
Complete line changeovers between runs efficiently to support schedule demands and minimize interruptions
Inspect fill performance, container condition, and product movement throughout the process to confirm quality expectations are met
Respond to issues such as incorrect fill amounts, leaks, or spills by taking corrective action and escalating concerns when needed
Document production activity, lot tracking details, and inspection results with accuracy and consistency
Communicate equipment concerns, unusual machine behavior, or performance problems to supervisors and maintenance personnel
Keep the work area clean and organized in accordance with sanitation, food safety, and general manufacturing standards
Follow established safety procedures and contribute to efficient operations by helping limit waste, downtime, and product loss
Requirements
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production setting
Ability to operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to automated or CNC-related equipment
Familiarity with manufacturing environments involving machine operation, including exposure to CNC equipment, CNC mills, or similar systems
Strong attention to detail when checking fill levels, product quality, labeling, and production data
Ability to stand for long shifts and perform frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive tasks
Capability to lift up to 40 to 50 pounds as needed during the shift
Comfortable working around active machinery and production noise while following required safety practices
Dependable communication skills and a team-focused approach to supporting production goals
