Manage the complete operational cycle—including setup, startup, execution, shutdown, and troubleshooting—of automatic spring winding equipment
Monitor and fine-tune machine configurations during operation to eliminate part defects, minimize scrap material, and maximize cycle efficiency
Conduct routine preventative maintenance, diagnose minor equipment issues, and execute basic machinery rebuilds as needed
Strictly adhere to all established workplace safety protocols and procedures
Complete additional tasks and related responsibilities as assigned by management
