Job Description:

We are looking for a Mac & JAMF Administrator to manage, secure, and support Apple macOS devices across the enterprise. The role focuses on JAMF Pro administration, device lifecycle management, security compliance, and end-user support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and support JAMF Pro for macOS device enrollment, configuration, and policy management
  • Manage Apple device lifecycle (provisioning, patching, upgrades, decommissioning)
  • Deploy and maintain applications, profiles, scripts, and security policies
  • Integrate JAMF with AAD/Okta/SSO, certificates, and MDM compliance tools
  • Troubleshoot macOS, JAMF, and endpoint issues
  • provide Tier 2/3 support
  • Ensure compliance with security standards (FileVault, OS patching, CIS benchmarks)
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Helpdesk teams

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with macOS administration
  • Hands-on JAMF Pro (policies, smart groups, scripting)
  • Knowledge of MDM, Apple Business Manager (ABM)
  • macOS troubleshooting and shell scripting (Bash/Zsh preferred)

Nice to have:

  • JAMF 200/300/400 certification
  • Experience with Intune, Okta, Azure AD, or Zero Trust environments
