Our client is looking for a strong Mac-focused candidate to help stabilize and standardize their Apple environment. They are currently experiencing widespread issues across devices and are considering a full refresh/rebuild of their setup. Immediate need focused on stabilization + foundational rebuild.
Job Responsibility:
Assess current Apple environment alongside internal lead to identify root issues
Create and deploy a new standardized Mac image across devices
Support and troubleshoot MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iPhone, and iPad environments
Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues (devices not connecting to internet or network resources)
Troubleshoot application startup and SharePoint/O365 access issues (files not opening, sync problems, etc.)
Provide support via Ninja RMM for remote management and ongoing troubleshooting
Requirements:
3–5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting macOS in enterprise or mid‑sized environments (MacBook Pro, MacBook Air)
Strong knowledge of Apple ecosystem administration, including macOS, iOS, and iPadOS device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Experience creating, deploying, and managing standardized Mac images (MDM, DEP/ABM, or similar provisioning workflows)
Proficiency diagnosing complex Apple hardware and software issues, including connectivity failures, system performance issues, and application startup problems
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365/O365 tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint (file access, sync, permissions, and troubleshooting)
Experience supporting network-related issues on Apple devices (Wi‑Fi connectivity, certificate trust, proxy issues, VPN, network mapping)
Familiarity with mobile device management and remote support platforms—Ninja RMM highly preferred
Ability to analyze unstable or inconsistent IT environments and contribute to stabilization and rebuild initiatives
Strong understanding of Apple provisioning through Apple Business Manager (ABM) or similar enrollment programs
Excellent communication skills and ability to support non‑technical end users
Ability to work onsite in Marietta during the initial ramp‑up period
comfortable transitioning to hybrid/remote afterward
