Job Description:

Microsoft 365 is central to our clients’ office administration. Its effective use is crucial for driving digital transformation and enhancing cloud strategy, digital workplaces and IT infrastructure management. Consultants are the ultimate collaborators, applying strategic thinking and extensive experience in managing large, complex IT projects to enhance operational performance and gain competitive edge. As a Technical Consultant, you’ll design, implement, and support scalable environments while streamlining deployment processes and reducing manual interventions.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure M365 solutions meet high standards and integrate seamlessly with client operations
Automate and maintain systems to build reliable and cost-efficient setups
Design, implement, and support scalable environments
Streamline deployment processes and reduce manual interventions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Thorough knowledge to autonomously troubleshoot problems/incidents in the M365 area
M365 Identity Management, configuration of security and policies hold few secrets for you
Configuration and management of an M365 tenant (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams, Onedrive)
Configuration and management of devices via Intune and/or Airwatch
Packaging of applications within Intune
MAM / MDM
Windows Endpoints
Connectivity (wifi / wired)
Notions of user adoption and change management are a plus
Fluent in Dutch, French and English
