M365 Technical Consultant

• Automating and maintaining systems
• Designing, implementing, and supporting scalable environments
• Streamlining deployment processes
• Reducing manual interventions
• Ensuring M365 solutions meet high standards and integrate seamlessly with client operations

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Thorough knowledge to autonomously troubleshoot problems/incidents in the M365 area
• M365 Identity Management, configuration of security and policies
• Configuration and management of an M365 tenant (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
• Configuration and management of devices via Intune and/or Airwatch
• Packaging of applications within Intune
• MAM / MDM
• Windows Endpoints
• Connectivity (wifi / wired)
• Notions of user adoption and change management are a plus
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English
