In this role, you will be part of a dynamic Service Operations team providing operational support for Barclays M365/ Entra & Messaging Platform. You will support the team by using your considerable skills in M365, Entra, Agent 365, Exchange and Proofpoint, with desired expertise in automation and security.

Job Responsibility

  • Be part of a dynamic Service Operations team providing operational support for Barclays M365/ Entra & Messaging Platform
  • Support the team by using your considerable skills in M365, Entra, Agent 365, Exchange and Proofpoint, with desired expertise in automation and security
  • Build and maintain infrastructure platforms and products that support applications and data systems
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and scalability of the systems, platforms, and technology through the application of software engineering techniques, automation, and best practices in incident response

Requirements

  • Deep technical expertise across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Agents, and Generative AI solutions
  • Ample experience with Exchange, Proofpoint, Copilot, and M365 tenant services
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and automation tools, including scripting with Python and PowerShell

Nice to have

  • Considerable technical expertise with Microsoft Graph and related APIs
  • Experience working with tools such as Splunk, ESAAS, and Rubrik
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and considerable stakeholder management skills
