NDCS (National Deaf Children's Society) is a leading UK charity supporting deaf children and their families. As the organisation continues to evolve its digital workplace, Microsoft 365 is central to how teams collaborate, communicate, and deliver services. They're now hiring an M365 Product Owner to take ownership of that environment. This isn't a pure support role, it's a blend of platform ownership, optimisation, and stakeholder engagement, with real scope to improve how M365 is used across the organisation. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business, helping shape how tools like Teams and SharePoint are structured, adopted, and continuously improved, while also acting as a key point of contact for M365-related queries and enhancements.
