We are supporting a large, international manufacturing organisation with a significant global footprint and a centralised technology services function. The business is investing in its Microsoft 365 environment to support a unified tenant model and drive consistency across regions. This role will focus on the implementation, management, and optimisation of the M365 platform across the organisation. You will provide third-line support and technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams, working closely with central and local IT teams.
Job Responsibility:
Configure and manage the M365 collaboration platform, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams
Provide third-line support and assist with complex second-line issues where required
Resolve high-level incidents and manage escalations to third parties in line with SLAs
Support platform standardisation and performance improvement initiatives
Contribute to solution design and configuration aligned to the central technology roadmap
Work with local IT teams to gather requirements and support new implementations
Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Assist in the development and improvement of platform policies and procedures
Requirements:
Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large, global organisation
Hands-on expertise across SharePoint Online and Power Platform, with knowledge of Teams
Experience operating in a central services or enterprise environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
Good understanding of M365 security and compliance features
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
