Job Description:

We are supporting a large, international manufacturing organisation with a significant global footprint and a centralised technology services function. The business is investing in its Microsoft 365 environment to support a unified tenant model and drive consistency across regions. This role will focus on the implementation, management, and optimisation of the M365 platform across the organisation. You will provide third-line support and technical expertise across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams, working closely with central and local IT teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Configure and manage the M365 collaboration platform, including SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Teams
  • Provide third-line support and assist with complex second-line issues where required
  • Resolve high-level incidents and manage escalations to third parties in line with SLAs
  • Support platform standardisation and performance improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to solution design and configuration aligned to the central technology roadmap
  • Work with local IT teams to gather requirements and support new implementations
  • Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in the development and improvement of platform policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large, global organisation
  • Hands-on expertise across SharePoint Online and Power Platform, with knowledge of Teams
  • Experience operating in a central services or enterprise environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
  • Good understanding of M365 security and compliance features
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
